When it comes to working out, 3 workouts a week is the absolute minimum you should be doing. Of course, if you have an incredibly active lifestyle, then a 3 day workout at the gym is not so bad.
But most of us tend to have desk jobs and aren’t running after kids all day, let alone living on salad and soy. And although going to the gym should be as important as brushing your teeth, we tend to put it on hold if there is anything remotely more interesting to do in its place.
A 3 day workout, however, is manageable for most women, so there’s no excuse why you shouldn’t be able to complete this 3 day workout each and every week.
Avoid consecutive workouts
If possible, separate your 3 day workout with at least one rest day in between, so that your workout looks something like this:
Day 1: Workout
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Workout
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Workout
Day 7: Rest
Keep in mind that when 1 hour per day for 3 days is all you have to devote to keeping fit, you cannot afford to turn your gym visits into social affairs. You need to get in, get your sweat on, and get out. It’s not going to be that simple at first, but once you get into your routine, it’ll become habitual.
The suggested workout routine listed below is just that, a suggestion. If there is a body part you feel needs to be better developed or you have problems of some sort with certain areas, then hire a personal trainer to help you develop a routine that’s more suitable.
Personally, when I have a week when I can’t get to the gym that often, I tend to superset my exercises, meaning that I go immediately from one exercise to the next without rest. Then I perform a hardcore cardio workout
Also, keep in mind that the amount of weight you need to use should be heavy enough that you’re muscles are fatigued by the last repetition.

3 day workout exercise #1
Repetitions: 12, 12, 12
With a barbell placed atop your trapezoids, your feet slightly more than shoulder apart, stick your butt out, and bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Make sure to keep your abdominal muscles
Return to the starting position and repeat.
3 day workout exercise #2
Repetitions: 12, 12, 12
Hold a dumbbell in each hand, and keep your back straight, step forward with your right leg and bend your knee so that your thigh is parallel to the ground. Your left leg’s calf should also be parallel to the ground. Now bring your left leg up and step forward with it so that your thigh is parallel to the ground. This counts as one repetition.
3 day workout exercise #3
Repetitions: 10, 10, 10
Hold a barbell with your hands more than shoulder width apart with one arm prone (palm facing you) and the other supine (palm facing outward). Keeping the barbell close to your legs, slowly lower it down toward your shins, stop mid-way and then raise it back to the starting position. Pull your shoulders back and squeeze your glutes
This is an advanced exercise and requires a lot of coordination, so make sure to look in a mirror (stand parallel to it) so that you can be certain your back is straight and your abs tight throughout the exercise.

Lying leg lifts
Repetitions: 20, 20, 20
Lie flat on your back with your legs closed. Lift your legs about six to 12 inches off the ground, hold for two seconds and return to starting position. Perform each repetition slowly and in a controlled manner.
3 day workout exercise #5
Repetitions: 20, 20, 20
Lie flat on your back with your hands across your chest or behind your head and your elbows pointing outward on either side. Contract your abs and lift your shoulders and upper back off the ground, hold for two seconds, then return to starting position. Make sure to keep your abs contracted throughout the exercise.
Time: 30 minutes
No matter what cardio exercise you choose to do, spend two minutes moving at a comfortable pace and one minute moving as fast as you can without passing out.

Lateral/Front Dumbbell Raises
Repetitions: 10, 10, 10
Hold a dumbbell in each hand, and stand with feet a little more than shoulder width apart, knees bent slightly. With palms facing down, keep your arms straight (but don’t lock your elbows) and lift your arms up in front of you, then out to the sides and back down. That counts as one repetition.

Standing Barbell Curls
Repetitions: 12, 12, 12
With a barbell in hand, palms facing out, stand with your legs slightly more than shoulder-width apart, and raise the barbell toward your shoulders, making sure not to let your elbows move away from your sides. Return to the starting position.

Repetitions: 10, 10, 10
Place one hand on your knee, bend your knees slightly and bend at the hip until your back is parallel to the floor (make sure, however, to keep your back straight). With the other hand, hold a dumbbell and, keeping your elbow close to your side, “kick” your forearm back toward the ceiling until it’s parallel to the floor. Return to the starting position slowly and repeat.

Repetitions: 12, 12, 12
Attach a revolving straight bar to the cable machine and grip it so that your palms are facing down and your thumbs are about five inches apart. Lock your elbows against your sides at a 90-degree angle. Push the bar down toward your legs and squeeze your triceps as you straighten your arms.

Hanging Leg Raises
Repetitions: 20, 20, 20
Hang from a lat pull-up bar with a shoulder-wide grip, arms fully extended. Raise your legs until they’re parallel to the floor, hold for a second, and lower them slowly, making sure not to swing your legs. Start off with six repetitions and work your way up to 20.
3 day workout exercise #6
Repetitions: 20, 20, 20
Sit on the edge of a bench and hold the side to maintain your balance. Extend your legs straight out, then bend your knees and bring them in toward your chest. Hold this position for a second, then return to the starting position.
Time: 30 minutes
Type: Light jogging
If you have problems with your knees, then instead of jogging, opt for a machine that has no impact like a bicycle or elliptical machine, but remain at a pace that will put you in the fat-burning zone.
Areas of Concentration: Back, Chest, Abs
3 day workout exercise #1
Repetitions: 12, 12, 12
With your feet shoulder-width apart and your body bent at the hips, keep your back straight (parallel to the ground) and hold the dumbbells directly in front of you, palms facing your legs. Upon lifting, turn your palms to the sides, keeping your arms close to your sides, and lift your arms up as high as you can. Lower slowly and repeat.
3 day workout exercise #2
Repetitions: 10, 10, 10
Lie on the bench, making sure that your eyes are directly underneath the bar. Place your arms about a foot more than shoulder width apart on either side and lower the barbell to the middle of your chest without letting the bar actually touch your chest. Your lower back should be in contact with the bench at all times.
You may need a spot for this exercise and if you don’t have one (or refuse to ask the hot guy to help you), then do this same exercise with dumbbells.

Repetitions: 12, 12, 12
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place a barbell over your shoulders. Keep your legs rigid and your back straight as you bend forward at the hips until your body is parallel to the ground. Press your heels into the ground as you make your way back up. Make sure you keep your core tight throughout this exercise.

Decline Dumbbell Flyes
Repetitions: 10, 10, 10
Lie on a decline bench and hold the dumbbells at arm’s length by your sides, allowing for a slight bend in your elbows. Raise your arms overhead, hold for a second and lower slowly to the starting position.

Bent Knee Abdominal Hip Raises
Repetitions: 15, 15, 15
Lie down with your back on the floor. Place your hands by your sides and bend your knees, keeping your feet a couple of inches off the floor at all times. Slowly raise your pelvis and knees toward your chest while simultaneously raising your head and shoulders, hold for a second, and return to the starting position.

Exercise Ball Crunch
Repetitions: 20, 20, 20
Lie down on the floor and place your calves on an exercise ball, keeping your knees at a 90-degree angle. Place your arms behind your head, making sure your elbows remain in line with your ears at all times. As you push your lower back into the ground, raise your shoulders off the floor about five inches, hold for a second and lower to the starting position.
Time: 30 minutes
Remember: Two minutes of light exercise and one minute of very high intensity.

After their butts and their legs, most women want to have a pair of tight, firm arms. Building and shaping your biceps with the right biceps exercises is one of the many ways you can transform your arms and create a nice overall silhouette.
In order to see definition in your biceps, as with any other body part, you need to work it out at least once a week and perform each set to failure without using momentum.
Keep in mind that the biceps brachii (proper name for the muscle) are a small muscle group and if you overtrain them, your arms will feel shot and performing everyday tasks may become more difficult.

EZ bar curls
An EZ Curl bar looks like a barbell but is designed with curvature at the hand grips to provide for different wrist positioning.
Stand with feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent. Place your hands on the innermost part of the curve and lift the bar toward your chest, keeping your elbows at your sides and your wrists locked throughout the rep.
Repetitions: 8 to 12
Biceps exercises #9
Concentration dumbbell curls
Sit on the edge of a flat bench with your legs more than shoulder width apart. Grab a dumbbell with your right arm and place your elbow on the inside of your right knee, and keep your abs tight.
Start with your arm straight down, palm facing out. Lift the weight toward your shoulder slowly, hold for a second when you get to the top, squeeze your biceps and lower the weight back to the starting position.
Sets: 3 (Completing both arms counts as one)

Lying cable curls

Sit on a preacher bench and place your arms shoulder width apart, ensuring that your arms are firmly pressed against the pad to your elbows. Your shoulders should be in a neutral position and not elevated. If they are, you need to adjust the height of the seat or the pad.
With palms facing up, grab the barbell and slowly lift it toward your shoulders, keeping your upper arm against the bench throughout the entire repetition.

Cable hammer curls
Place a rope on the lower part of the cable machine. With palms facing each other, grab the rope and pull the rope up toward your chest, ensuring that your elbows stay at your side throughout the repetition.
Try to keep your grip high up on the rope and your palms facing each other throughout the motion.
Repetitions: 8 to 12
Biceps exercises #5
Place your legs shoulder-width apart, keeping your knees soft. Keep your elbows firmly by your sides and with, palms facing up, pick up a barbell and lift it only until your arm is at a 90º angle. Lower it to the starting position and complete seven reps.
Immediately after you’ve done the first seven reps, your starting position will become the 90º angle and you will lift the barbell up to your chest. Repeat seven times.
Finally, your last seven repetitions will be the full range of motion, that is, you begin by holding the barbell at your thighs and lift it up toward your chest. Repeat seven times.
You’ve just completed 21 repetitions.

Angled dumbbell curls
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees soft, and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Lift one dumbbell up at a time and when you do, keep the palm of your hand as far away from your shoulder as you can as you lift, ensuring that your elbow remains at your side. Alternate arms with each rep.

One of the most difficult exercises to do, lifting your own body weight is a goal you want to achieve. Not only is it important to be able to lift your own body weight, but it’s incredibly sexy when a girl can!
Grab the chin up (you may have to jump to reach it) with palms shoulder-width apart and facing you. Keeping your body as straight as you can, lift yourself up, bending your elbows until your head or chest touches the bar. Lower yourself slowly to the starting position and repeat.
If you’re unable to lift yourself at all, begin by placing a box under you so that you can jump up and start at the top (with your chest at the bar), and lower yourself down. When that becomes easy, try to do one rep, then two, and so on until you can complete an entire set.

It happens at least once a day; a girl with big, perky breasts and a plunging neckline walks by me and, for just a moment, all I can see are those two orbs of phenomenal delight and the whole world sighs with pleasure.
It’s true, breasts can make a man lose his train of thought in an instant, but it’s through no fault of his own.
We’re visual creatures who enjoy things of beauty. That’s not to imply that women are things, but rather that anything that is attractive will capture a man’s attention. For some guys, it’s sexy cars, for others it’s sexy women.
In the U.S., most men are breast men and the reason for that probably has a lot to do with the media. Beer commercials use breasts to sell their products, the Girls Gone Wild videos are all about flashing breasts, and implants are very, very popular around these parts.
But why? Why do men love breasts?
Some experts might gather that it has to do with being breastfed, but if that were the case then just as many women would be obsessed with breasts as well. No, I think the reason is a little simpler than that.
Men love breasts because we don’t have any. They’re soft, supple and feminine, and the idea of cupping them with our hands, sucking on the nipple or rubbing the area in between drives home the wild fantasies we have about them.
Add to that the fact that they are easily spotted and that many women use them as a tool to enhance their outfits, and you have yourself the most valid reasoning on earth.
Breasts are up in our faces at every turn, how can we not become mildly obsessed with them? And it’s not as though women help; so many of them tend to flaunt them, wearing bras that give just enough support but not so much that they lose their jiggle. So it’s sort of your fault that men love breasts as much as they do.
Do men love all breasts?
But don’t get me wrong; men don’t love all breasts. And contrary to popular opinion, bigger is not always better. Just as women have standards when it comes to penises, we also have standards, you know.
How many times have I taken a woman home only to discover that her perfect and beautiful breasts were nothing more than an illusion? I’ve seen those million-dollar bras come off and the breasts hit the ground. It’s very alarming.
Is it really fair? I mean, isn’t that false advertising? At least when it comes to penises, you have no clue what you’re about to get. But women… women mislead us into believing that their breasts are the most perfect pair on earth only to reveal that it was all smoke and mirrors.
Of course, I can empathize with the fact that the breasts you have are the breasts you’re dealt, but you can’t fault me for being disappointed when you remove your bra and they hit your navel.
While most women think that men salivate over huge breasts, that’s usually not the case. To start, huge breasts are usually accompanied by huge everything else. Second, the bigger they are, the more they usually sag (see above).
Don’t get me wrong, a big pair of breasts is nice and all, but when they’re so big that they overtake a woman’s upper body, most of us draw the line there.
I’ve been with enough women to know that women judge not only the size of our penises, but even the way it looks esthetically. Most women don’t appreciate a veiny or two-toned penis. Well, we don’t appreciate veiny breasts.
Breasts are meant to look like smooth, soft, rounded, heavenly masses of perfect skin and small, erect nipples. To show us anything different turns our worlds upside down. Of course, I wouldn’t kick veiny breasts out of bed, but I probably wouldn’t tell her that her breasts were beautiful, either.
Ugh! I can deal with all the aforementioned breast issues – except maybe the saggy breast one. But one thing’s for sure: I cannot deal with breasts that are overtaken by areolas, otherwise known as salami breasts.
I don’t why it is, but whenever I see a breast that’s covered by the areola, I feel like the rest of the woman must smell like cured meat. The worst of it is that by the time I see the horror, it’s too late and I can’t get away from the situation. Okay, I can, but I’m already hot and bothered by then so I just keep my eyes focused on something else.
But men love breasts
Don’t worry, ladies. Most often, when men fall in love with you, they can let certain things slide, just as I’m sure you do when it comes to them. But since women want a man’s honest opinion about the whole breast issue, I gave it to you straight from the hip.

Cannot lose the baby weight
I had my baby about 7 months ago, but have not been able to drop the last 15 pounds from my pregnancy. I have been walking, dieting and doing whatever I can, but cannot seem to drop the weight.

Baby weight can be difficult to lose, but it is not impossible, so long as you commit yourself to it.
First off, if you are breastfeeding, dieting is not the ideal way to go. Your body needs more calories to feed your baby and you. Eating less only sends your body into “starvation” mode, causing it to hang on to every calorie you do give it for fear of not getting more food.
Reducing calories is not the answer; perhaps eating smaller portions and more often will help you. You also need to do more rigorous exercise than just walking because the body adapts to exercise quickly.
Invest in a fitness stroller and go for jogs with your baby. Or sign up to a gym and head out for an hour a day to do some strength training
Fill your diet with whole grains, fruits and vegetables, lean meats, and good fats, and exercise at least four days a week, and before you know it, the weight will melt off.
More sex for pregnancy?
My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and have been having a lot of fun doing it, but a friend of mine told me that too much sex could hinder our chances of conceiving. Is this true?
Your friend is wrong. While having frequent sex will lower his sperm count slightly, with every ejaculation, he releases millions of sperm, so there is no fear in having sex every day. After all, all you need is one of those sperm to get pregnant.
Pregnant with genital herpes
I have genital herpes and am pregnant. I haven’t told my OBGYN and was wondering if it can be harmful to my child in any way.
Although quite rare, if you gave birth via your birth canal whilst having an outbreak, the outcome may result in neurological damage, mental retardation or, in the worst-case scenario, the death of your baby.
Most women who have herpes can give birth without issue, especially if they’re not having an outbreak at the time of labor, but it is better to err on the side of caution and avoid taking any chances.
I strongly recommend that you tell your OBGYN about this and work together to find the best solution for you and your baby.
I think my 14-year-old daughter is starving herself. She barely eats and when she does, it’s never more than a couple of carrots or something to that effect. How can I talk to her about it without her freaking out on me? She gets defensive easily.
If you suspect that your daughter is not eating, the last thing you want to do is accuse her of it. To start, ask her if she can make some time to talk with you, like an appointment. When you do get to talk, voice your concerns about her recent behavior. If she begins to get defensive, hear her out and don’t interrupt her or make any accusations. As well, do not offer up simple solutions to her problem.
Your best bet would be to set up an appointment with your family doctor and ask for his professional opinion and help in the matter.

Krav Maga, which is loosely translated from Hebrew as “close combat” originated in Hungary-Czechoslovakia in the 1930s by a man named Imi Lichtenfeld, and was taught to the Jewish community to help them defend themselves against the fascist militias.
When Lichtenfeld moved to Israel (known then as the British Mandate of Palestine), he began teaching this method of combat to the underground Jewish army.
As time passed and the need for military combat became less important, Krav Maga began to take on different undertones and began reaching the mainstream public as a wonderful self-defense and exercise course.
It was only after 1985, however, that Krav Maga schools and classes began popping up all over the world.

The objective of Krav Maga is to help women learn how to defend herself (rape prevention) in the midst of distractions and under worst-case circumstances (e.g. fighting against a few girls, with one arm being held behind your back, or against someone with a weapon).
Practitioners of Krav Maga must learn how to go from defending oneself to attacking the opponent(s). But don’t be fooled; Krav Maga is intensely aerobic.
During a given class, you will be paired up with a partner. One of you will hold pads with which to defend and the other will be on the attack. This practice helps the attacker fight with all her strength and the defender understand what it feels like to get kicked and punched.
Classes last about an hour at a time and start with aerobic activity that includes a drill designed to get your heart rate up. Then the instructor will take you through about two or three self-defense tactics.
Once you’re shown these techniques, you will spend a good amount of time practicing them. Usually, near the end of the class, you will have a final drill that incorporates the defense techniques with aerobic movements.
Some classes will use fog machines or blaring music in order to teach you how to concentrate on how to defend yourself despite outside distractions.
Finally, you will also be taught physical and verbal skills so that you can avoid letting the situation escalate into violence.

We live in an era where the female orgasm is not just the “luck of the draw,” and it seems that in an effort to become equal to men, we’ve also managed to beat them in the cheating game.
Growing up, I was told that men are pigs and they all cheat, when, in fact, most of the women I knew were messing around. And if you put things in perspective, it makes sense.
Women cheat because of options
Every day of our lives, most of us get hit on by guys, some more than others, mind you, but there’s no doubt that women get hit on way more often than men do. Again, there are exceptions (the Brad Pitts of the world), but, typically, men approach and women choose.
So if a man never gets hit on and women are constantly hit on, and if both are not satisfied with their current relationships, who do you think has an easier time wandering?
Now if the man who wants to cheat actively pursues another woman, that’s no better, but no matter how you arrive at your situation, cheating from either side is never a great thing for the person being betrayed.
Why women cheat
So why do women cheat - what brings it on? Are we rotten human beings who are so self-absorbed that we can’t see past the tips of our own noses? Well, yes and no.
When women cheat, they usually tend to blame their man. It’s quite laughable actually, when the cheater thinks of herself as the victim. In fact, if you cheat, it is on your shoulders because no one makes you cheat; that’s a decision you make all by yourself.
Even if your boyfriend or husband treats you like crap, neglects you, won’t try new things, stops being fun, gets fat, or whatever other reason you can come up with, the fact of the matter is that you have no one to blame for your actions but yourself.
If you found out your guy was cheating and he came back at you with a list of the things you did wrong and told you that you essentially “forced” him to cheat, he would get a taste of your Gucci heels. But when the tables turn and women cheat, suddenly we’re the victims. That’s not right.
To cheat is human?
Cheating is something that almost every woman I know has done at some point in her life. With men, I couldn’t honestly say that they would all be honest with me, but more often than not, many men are faithful by choice and not for a lack of options, despite what Chris Rock says.
Personally, I have not cheated nor will I ever. I am of the opinion that if you’re not happy in your relationship, you should recognize that before you let another man inside you. And because I would never want to feel that kind of betrayal and I am a firm believer in karma, I would never inflict that kind of pain on any man.
Now, as for having been cheated on, I really can’t say. I can tell you that I don’t think any man has ever cheated on me, but the truth is, I will never know.
If you have cheated on a significant other, did you ever really ask yourself why? Why do women cheat? Why did you cheat? Did you blame him for it? Did you ever tell him about it? It’s tough to think of yourself as having done a bad deed and, most of the time, we console and convince ourselves that we had no other choice, but didn’t we?
So it’s a matter of fact that women cheat. We are not victims. We have come a long way as women and, while some think it only fair to give men a dose of what we have been enduring for years, the truth is that adulterous women have been around since the dawn of time. So that doesn’t hold water.
Preaching to the choir
If you’re going to cheat, I am not here to condemn you for it, but before you do, maybe you need to figure out why you would even want to, and once you do, you might want to exit the relationship beforehand and avoid cheating at all.
Or, maybe you are happy in the way you choose to live your life and will continue to believe that whenever you give in to another man, it is your current man’s fault.
But the next time you’re about to declare that “all men are pigs,” you might want to rethink that statement. After all, you’re proving that women cheat.

Whether you head out for a bike ride or opt to get your heart rate up at gym, exercising is always a great idea.
But before you run off to the gym and start running on a treadmill, there are some cardio exercise safety tips you need to keep in mind if you want to remain at peak health.
Cardio exercise safety tip #1
Drink plenty of water
Constant exercise that causes you to sweat depletes your body of water quickly. It’s important that you drink plenty of water before, during and after you exercise.
If you don’t drink water, you might get dizzy and feel weak, and that’s the last thing you want when you’re exercising. Replenishing your body with water constantly will ensure higher energy to keep your workout going strong.
And keep in mind that you don’t need to down liters and liters at a time; a sip or two is enough to replenish the body. Take a sip every few minutes.

Stop if you feel pain
No pain, no gain is a great motto if you lift weights and are trying to increase muscle mass. When you’re doing cardio, however, you should never feel uncomfortable pain.
If your chest begins to hurt, you feel like you’re panting too heavily, or you begin to get dizzy, stop your workout immediately and walk around the area slowly until you bring your heart rate down to normal levels.
Feeling like you don’t want to go on is one thing – that’s a matter of discipline – but if you begin to feel sharp pains in your body, you should stop exercising and make an appointment to see your doctor.

Get to know the equipment
Before you hop onto a treadmill or take your mountain bike out for an excursion, get acquainted with the machine you’re about to use.
If it’s something you own, check out the manual; there may be elements to the mechanism that you would never have discovered otherwise.
If it’s not something you own, play around with the buttons and read all the information on it before you get started.
The last thing you want to do is get injured and end up bedridden for months, so make sure you understand how to use any and all pieces of equipment.

Figure out your heart rate
There is such a thing as overexertion and you don’t want to go there. You might think that working really hard is great, but if you maintain your maximum heart rate for an extended period of time, your body will not be able to circulate oxygen throughout your body quickly enough and you may begin to feel like you’re not getting any air.
Some cardio machines offer the option of figuring out your heart rate for you, but they are guesstimating at best. I strongly recommend purchasing a heart rate monitor so that you always know how elevated your heart rate is.

Don’t eat right before
Eating a snack about 30 minutes before you begin a cardio program is fine, but eating a full meal beforehand is not recommended because most of your oxygen and blood stores will end up working on digesting the food you ate.
If you did eat a full meal and want to work out, I suggest you hold off for about 60 to 90 minutes, especially if the workout you plan on doing is intense.

Plan for hot weather
If you’re about to go outside in the middle of summer to get a sweaty workout in, you need to keep in mind that you need to give your body a couple of weeks to get used the blaring heat.
Do your best not to train between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. during the summer, as the temperature is most elevated and the sun is strongest at these times.
Bring a big bottle of water with you and drink about eight ounces every 30 minutes or so. As well, if you’re in the midst of an intense activity like tennis, take a break every hour or so.

If you plan on getting fit, then I congratulate you, but what’s more important than looking hot in a bikini is being able to put it on without help. So make sure that you follow these cardio exercise safety tips at all times and have an awesome workout!
You’re pretty, you have a great body, a nice complexion, and great teeth. There’s just one problem; your breath is atrocious.
Save for halitosis, which usually stems from the intestines, bad breath can be easily treated and, with some time and dedication, you can kiss bad breath goodbye for good.

Visit the dentist
I know it can get expensive and I have yet to meet a woman who likes going to the dentist, but it is important to get a cleaning every six months in order to avoid plaque buildup and gingivitis, among other things.
The cleaning you get from a dentist feels unlike anything else and if you want to make sure that you breath stays fresh, this is one important step you cannot let fall by the wayside.

Without eliminating it completely from your diet, if you know that you are going on a date or that you will be in close proximity with people’s noses while you talk to them, make sure that you avoid sugar that day.
Sugar is used like food by bacteria that live in your mouth and at the back of your throat, which is what causes offensive odors. So if you opt to chew mint gum, make sure it’s sugar-free.

Floss & scrape
Brushing your teeth is a given and I don’t need to go into why it’s necessary to brush at least twice a day. But what most people don’t do is floss. I know it’s a bore, but it doesn’t take more than a minute and can definitely help you eliminate unwanted stank you’re your mouth.
As well, you can use your toothbrush or invest in a tongue scraper to get rid of any bacteria that’s on your tongue. If your tongue is white, then you especially need to get started on brushing your tongue ASAP. A white tongue may be the result of yeast buildup, as well as other, more serious medical conditions.

After every meal, have a bunch of parsley snips on hand that you can chew and swallow. Rinse your mouth with water to avoid getting any stuck in your teeth.
Sometimes, if you don’t have gum and can’t brush your teeth, parsley works in the same way by neutralizing your breath.

Eat & drink well
Hunger and thirst can lead to excess bad breath (this is what causes morning breath), and you’ll begin to notice that whenever you feel hungry or thirsty your saliva will even begin to taste bad.
Eat something small every couple of hours so that you never feel like you’re starving and try to drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day (e.g. if you weigh 120 pounds, half of that is 60, so you need 60 ounces, or almost eight glasses of water each day).

Gargle with hydrogen peroxide
Although it sounds crazy, gargling with 1/3 cup hydrogen peroxide (3%) and 2/3 cup water will neutralize your breath for up to eight hours.
When you do it, you will have this weird taste in your mouth, which is normal. It will release oxygen in your mouth which kills the anaerobic bacteria.
Don’t do it daily, however, as it may begin to eat away at your tooth enamel.

Clean your colon
You are probably wondering what your backside has to do with your mouth, but if you think about it, it’s not that difficult to figure out. When your intestines are clogged up, terrible stenches release themselves via your anus or your mouth.
If you cleanse your colon, however, chances are your breath and gas problem will improve. That said, slowly add more fiber to your diet to ensure natural and consistent intestinal cleansing. If you prefer more immediate effects, see your doctor.
Fresh breath is great
If you do all of the above and still find yourself having issues with your breath, it may be indicative of something more serious and it’s probably best if you visit a doctor.
Bad breath is a problem most of us deal with on a morning-to-morning basis, but with some time and dedication, we can all make sure that every man we come in contact with revels in our sweet-smelling mouth.
